Federico Campo

Federico leads Marmio's business and product direction, working at the point where industrial strategy, data and AI become operating change.

He identifies where transformation should begin, defines the measurable outcomes that justify it and creates alignment across business, engineering and technology to make it happen.

Eight years at Tetra Pak gave Federico experience across the full arc of industrial AI. He began by building AI systems as a Deep Learning Engineer, moved into leading innovation as Innovation Manager and then took responsibility for product and transformation strategy as Product Manager, with a strategic mandate for data driven engineering.

His work included initiatives that shaped how a global industrial organization used data and AI to transform engineering decisions and ways of working, with mandates spanning cost of poor quality, time to market and issue resolution.

He led global Industry 5.0 and data driven transformation initiatives, connecting strategy, product development, engineering and adoption across functions and geographies.

Having worked across Europe and Asia, Federico brings a global operating perspective to industrial transformation. He understands how to translate strategic direction across different technical, operational and cultural environments without losing focus on measurable value.

His work goes beyond delivering technology. He identifies the leverage point, sets the product direction and creates the conditions for a new way of working to scale across the organization.

His MBA from Politecnico di Milano complements his engineering background with strategy, finance and organizational perspective.
